Surfside Beach Resort Policies

Parking is available in our hotel parking lot, located off-street and available to guests complimentary.

Advanced deposits are required for guests who reserve a room from Memorial Day to Labor Day, this deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival date.  During the rest of the year, cancellations should be made by 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. 

Reservations cancelled inside of the 72 hour, or after 4 p.m. same day, will be billed for the first night's room plus tax. 

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Surfside Beach Resort does not allow pets.

Surfside Beach is a 100% non-smoking beach.

Our hotel is 100% smoke-free on all floors. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a penalty.

Credit card guarantee, and one night required during peak seasons. Rates do not include 12% bedding and state tax. Rates are based upon single or double occupancy and an extra person charge will apply for extra adults and children over 12. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Roll-away beds available for $10 additional charge per night.
